打開後看不到 Shotrail？

Shotrail 沒有 Dock 圖示。把滑鼠移到螢幕右邊緣，轉盤就會出現；選單列也有 Shotrail 的圖示。

截圖要等幾秒才被吸進來？

macOS 截圖後，右下角會先出現一個浮動縮圖，檔案要等它消失才會存檔，大約晚 5 秒。想讓截圖馬上出現：按 ⌘⇧5 打開截圖工具，點「選項」，取消勾選「顯示浮動縮圖」。

新截圖沒有出現在轉盤裡？

請確認 Shotrail 讀的資料夾，就是 macOS 存截圖的資料夾。按 ⌘⇧5，點「選項」，就能看到「儲存位置」是哪個資料夾。

Shotrail 會上傳我的截圖嗎？

不會。Shotrail 不連網路，你的截圖只在你的 Mac 上。詳細內容請看隱私權政策。

怎麼申請退款？

在 Mac App Store 的購買由 Apple 處理，請到 reportaproblem.apple.com 申請。

怎麼結束或移除 Shotrail？

點選單列的 Shotrail 圖示，選「結束 Shotrail」。要移除的話，把 Shotrail 從「應用程式」資料夾拖到垃圾桶；你的截圖不會被刪掉。

Frequently asked questions

I opened Shotrail but can't see it.

Shotrail has no Dock icon. Move the pointer to the right edge of the screen and the wheel appears. There is also a Shotrail icon in the menu bar.

Screenshots take a few seconds to fly in.

After you take a screenshot, macOS shows a floating thumbnail in the corner and saves the file only after it disappears, about 5 seconds later. To make screenshots appear right away, press ⌘⇧5, click Options, and turn off Show Floating Thumbnail.

New screenshots don't appear in the wheel.

Make sure Shotrail is reading the same folder macOS saves screenshots to. Press ⌘⇧5 and click Options to see which folder is the save location.

Does Shotrail upload my screenshots?

No. Shotrail makes no network connections, and your screenshots stay on your Mac. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases on the Mac App Store are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I quit or remove Shotrail?

Click the Shotrail icon in the menu bar and choose Quit Shotrail. To remove it, drag Shotrail from the Applications folder to the Trash. Your screenshots are not deleted.
